Sir,
I have vodafone posstpaid number. And from last 5 months there is shotformat_dwnlp_99 charges are added in my account which is of 99 rs. and i am not downloading anything. And in one month it is added twice also. Besides it there some other downloads which cost 35 and 15 rs. Amd when i called in customer care they are saying that they can\'t help from last 5 months. And i have to pay the amount. Kindly help.
