Consumer Redressal

Dear sir, I booked my Govt. job application on 19.02.14 (11 a.m) through DTDC Prime time plus courier they charged Rs:135/- from Ameerpet(Hyd)to Lakadikapool(Hyd) that will be delivered by 20.02.14 (12 p.m), but the courier to delivered and in tracking status showed delivered by 11.45 am, after four days i received call from courier person u r cover is not delivered and they not saying any correct reason for not delivered,the courier mistake i will loss my job... when i asked they says we are not responsible for non delivery, I want legal justice from you. and pls give me how to I approach to legally take action...
