Consumer Redressal

Hi This is Atul Baluni. I am drafting this mail to file a complaint against my previous company A.N. TRADERS PVT. LTD. for non deposit of my deducted amount from salary to my EPF account. I had worked with them from 6th February 2012 to 18th September 2013. I came to know about the non deposit only when i applied for my EPF withdrawal. I have got the salary slips in which they have clearly shown my EPF deduction the point i want to make here is that if the deduction is shown but it hasn\'t been deposited to my EPF account where the money has gone. And even if they deposit my money now in my account after this complaint as they surely will how i will get the benefits of interest on my money. I am making a request through this complaint to you for getting my full payment from them as soon as possible & if possible penalise them for deceiving their employees.
