Consumer Redressal

I am a Indane customer having cunsumer nO.3472. Gas has been delivered to my house on 14.02.2014 at Rs.1187/- and the subsidy amount of Rs.761. has not yet credited to my SBI Account. I had contacted with the Globale Indane, but they refuse or not ready to reply anything only say to wait by behaving in rush manner, as our money is having not any value. It is matter to say that when this process is not want to run by the agencies, why they introduce this by playing money holi of consumer price or not. The agancies boys only told what can they do. The consumer is to go the company for refund. When full amount is being received by the agencies why the same has not been refunded and who will be responsible should be punished.
