i joined a company called spine technologies in goregaon mumbai and worked there for 10 days...they asked me to leave the training after 10 days bcoz i cldnt clear the training..i just wanted the amount of days i worked there because i didnt leave they asked me to leave..they are not giving me that..my problem is that i dont have the letter of joining..can i still claim the company?
