Dear Sir, Sub: B.P. No. 4000168065. This is to inform you that I have applied for the connection in the month of October, 2011 to avail the PNG facility for the economic fuel consumption drive launched by the Government. I hereby submit that in my locality (House no.A-8 To A-30) all the digging work was completed in the month of July 2011 and fresh/new PNG connection were allotted to many house in our locality. When, I come to know about these connections from the IGL Local advertisement through banners etc., you can have your PNG gas connection with in one- two months from the date of apply. I immediately took an action and applied as advertised by the company. I as an individual keep on complaining on customer care for the early release/delay in connection. In spite of innumerable complaints and sincere chasing for the connection no one has visited to my place even to look for the problem. At last but not least PNG authority denied for the Gas connection with an excuse that d
