We are Indian Citizen came from Dhaka for Our business trip and booked our Delux Hotel Room From Ms Shalini Tel 033 66346247 . When we entered the Hotel they provided us ordinery room We told them we booked Delux Room after long augue they had given us so call Delux Room 302 when we used batheroom drainage was horrible water has store on Floor like a Pond immedietly we informed Reception but as usual they ignored . Night we tried to use Comforter it was so horrible the blood stain were comforter Cover we again informed hotel staff as usual they ingnored us . Morning March 5, 2014 I met GM he filled one suggestion and complaint form and forgot. Evening we retured in the Hotel our Room 302 was full with insect i have been taken pics and video as proof I called up reception guy he said that contact housekeeping than i called to Ms shalini from my cell 07508356572 she heared my problems and disconnected my call till now she did not call me back.
