Consumer Redressal

I would like to complaint against Kutchina kitchen appliances. They have signed a contract for 2 years Annual maintenance for Rs 2600 and have not replaced the Ventguard and Ventcap for the Kutchina Karizma Chiney installed at our place over 1 and a half months period. Every time we call their agency Lokenath Applainces they say the parts have not reached from their Head office. However, when we lodged a complaint from HEad office tey said the parts has been dispatched to the agency. But till date the parts have not been received by us. Hence we would like to take up this case with consumer redressal forum as both the Company dealer and Head office is neglecting our case in spite of getting into the contract of AMC.
