Consumer Redressal

I bought new Samsung fridge of 275 ltr. in cash from Snehanjali, Dombivli, thane, on delivery i noticed there were 2 dents on the fridge and also they broke our glass structure that was made on the wall. we have given complaint regarding fridge from last 20 days, but not geting any response from Dealer or Samsung Co. Ref no.8462129608. Complaint dates : 18.02.2014, 20.02.2014, 03.03.2014 & 04.03.2014. I am looking for either replacement for new fridge or increase my gurantee period for 5 years, as Samsung co. have informed that there could be chances of any damages on internal parts due to dents that has happened. Samsung co. demo person has also noticed that there were 2 dents and he has also noted on his call sheet, but not getting any feedback in this regards. Regards, rawal 8452045405
