Dear Sir/Madam, REGARDING : REDEMTION OF FD bearing following details: Name: DEBANGSHU DAM Company Name: Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd FDR No: B1-82408 I had invested in the above quoted FIXED DEPOSIT through BAJAJ CAPITAL, more particularly, the Gurgaon Branch of BAJAJ CAPITAL. In December 2013, I was in need of some urgent funds to meet my expenses including the payment of school fees of my children. So while perusing through my investment documents, I realized that the above quoted FD had matured in October 2013. So, I promptly called up Bajaj Capital, who sent their representative immediately and I handed over the FD receipt to him duly signed across a revenue stamp on December 26th 2013. I have sent numerous reminders through E-Mail to Bajaj Capital’s Client Service and communicated with the gentleman who came to collect the FD receipt, who incidentally, is also the manager of their Gurgaon Branch, through either voice communication or via text messages.
