Consumer Redressal

I had taken a prepaid HDFC Euro Card no. 4213320300067888 for my Business Trip to France from Poundwize Forex (p) Ltd., 4th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore - 11 vide their Cash Memo no.. 4881 dt. 14.02.2014. I had insist to take Euro in Currency but their reprenstative has told me that there will be no change in currency value when you return even for the balance currency on the Card and has charged more for this. but now when i wanted to encash the card balance to INR they are now informing that will give less value. then what is the use of PRE-PAID card. Request you to kindly do the needful and oblige.
