Subject- Non Receipt of redemption amount against Fixed Deposit of Rs.30,000/- from Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd, Mumbai Dear Sir/Madam, We have to file complaint against Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd, Mumbai in respect of non-receipt of maturity amount against the our Fixed Deposit. We are holders of one fixed deposits of Rs.30,000/- were made on 05/10/2010 for a period of 36 months with maturity date of 04/10/2013. The documents in respect of maturity were submitted, but we have yet to receive the proceeds. Every time when I call up or visit I am told to wait for another 15 days. Inspite of repeated follow ups, there has been no response from Ankur Drugs & Pharma Ltd We request you to intervene in this matter or guide us for any other procedure, so that we could get the maturity amount against our fixed deposit without any further delay & get it immediately.
