Consumer Redressal

I would like to file a complaint against trackon courier service Srinagar for misplacing my courier. Several times i requested the local dealer of the courier namely mohd yusuf no.9419059384...who failed to provide any suitable answer and is doing silly dally tactics to evade the issue for almost a month now....you are requested to kindly intervene and the courier service be penalised for causing great trouble to me... And suitable compensation may be awarded in my favor.. And to teach the delinquent courier service a lesson that they cannot take their customers for a ride... Thanking you in anticipation... Sirs.
