Dear Sir,
I have booked a flat in \"EARTH TOWNE\" Project of EARTH INFRASTRUCTURES LTD. in Noida Extension. I could not make the installment payment as the bank stopped financing the project. Now, the builder is charging interest on due instalment for zero period & non-zero period. The builder is not issuing any official letter or demand letter for interest. They are demanding me the intt. through email. Kindly suggest.
