He is taking booking amount from the buyers and not providing the the updates on the progress or even do not pick up the phones when buyers call to know status of their bookings. He has taken money from several people as a booking amount and never gave feedback on progress of construction. Its been learnt from the his assistant that the land Panvel, Vichumbe Gaon, Near Vichumbe College Panvel- land is under dispute. I booked the flat in Panvel - Vichumbe Gaon in 2010 and still struggling to get money back.
