Consumer Redressal

i have been fooled by big cinema as i hae taken ticket fo 28 for some other movie and as i have seen hording and poster was for same and, even gate person didnt checked ticktes date and they allow me to see some other movie after 1/2 hour i came to know that this is not the movie which i bought ticktes , i came out and rasie complaint since there was no other show i tried to contact manager but he was not there and conter was closed, plz help me out they wasted my money and time,big cinema , traun takies, chhatisgarg
