I have purchased flat in resale, and registration of the same is done on 1st January, 2014.
Now seller to avoiding us for further action, he was out of town returned on 26th Feb, 2014.
Still he doesn\'t attend our calls, and he has message that he is staying at some other place. I have to get open flat for Bank loan purpose, which is withheld, because of non availability of the key.
I need guidance in this regard, as to how I can proceed ahead and get my bank loan work done and subsequently shifting to the place.
