Consumer Redressal

I, Soumitra Bose, ordered a book on-line to Bookadda.com. The book\'s name is INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THE MULTIPLIER ANALYSIS AND THE PRINCIPLE OF ACCELERATION(1939), authored by Prof Paul A Samuelson. I received the book through a courier in my office at SDF building. I paid Rs 782 in cash. When I opened the pack, I found that it is a slim book which has the same cover as the original book [ austensibly] but inside there is a Hindi book in the name of \"The Dharmmapada of Gautam Budhha\". that book is in Hindi and a photocopied edition. I already notified the company and they said they are going to pick up the wrong book but do not give me any concrete assurance of paying the money back. Some representative name Sumant Arya [ he said his name was this] informs me that they will have to contac their US distributor and contingent to their reply they might refund the money. This I find appaling and seek your initiative for help, and nab the criminals
