Dear Sir, My HP gas consumer no is 747203 of Sri Lalithadevi Gas Agency, Vijayawada, linked with my aadhar no 671748961952 in the month of Jul 2013, same time aadhaar card is linked with my pension a/c 329702030007480 of union bank of india. Presently Gas agency people as well as trasperency portal says my bank a/c is not linked. But when enquire/check physically, online or customer care they say it is already linked with a/c,for further process of subsidy amount contact gas agency only. Gas Agency says your aadhaar is not linked to your a/c. Now to whom i should approach complain to settle the issue to get my subsidy amount which i paid on 20 Feb 2014.
