Hi, I had purchased a Tata sky connection for which I had paid for the box. At the time of installation the Tata sky guys demanded Rs 1000 for installation, and I was told that this is refundable while disconnecting the connection. Now at the time of disconnection, Tata sky call centre says the guys who had come to install the connection had lied to you and no money is refundable by Tata Sky. I am very disappointed that Tata sky has chosen to make money by cheating people, and collecting money from them saying a certain amount is refundable whereas later on admitting that their guys had lied to the customer. I hope the lessons learnt by me serves as a reminder to all customers about the lies being told to collect money from unsuspecting customers.
