I paid Rs 17,000/- on 04-12-2012 to buy a office table and chair in Annai Furniture, DSF plaza, Tuticorin. I was told that a fresh piece of table and chair would be delivered to me in 6 days..not it is more than 10-12 days and still the show room Manager(Balaji)/sales man are not responding to my call and if they pick the call, they tell some lie like Goods on the way ( another person tells that goods are yet to start/problem in shipping) and just dropping the call. Its creating mental agony for me to followup with everyday morning/evening whatever time they are saying.
