Hello:
This is Bala, had ordered an Whirlpool Protton World Series Split AC of 1.5 Ton Capacity through Indiatimes Shopping.com (online purchase) vide Order no: 3001049470 dt:Mar 28, 2012.
The Split A/C was delivered with TAX INVOICE NO: 1205196587 Dt: 21.04.2012 from Chennai Whirlpool Warehouse with product code Serial no:12626.
The product was found to be manufactured in 2010 and does not match the features of the 2012 model.
THIS WAS NOT CLEARANCE SALE and functionlity of the product is also not good.
Hence I request http://shopping.indiatimes.com/ to refund or replace the product with new one.
