Consumer Redressal

Hi, my name is Sujoy Ghosh. My PF no is MH/BAN/211273/83238. I was an ex employee of HDFC Life. I left the company on 10th Aug,2013 and submitted the PF withdrawal form on Dec,2013 which was received by HDFC on 9th dec, 2013. Since then they have not submitted the claim form to govt for processing. I called several times and their reply was like will be submitted in next week, next to next week or last week of the month but not done. In the month of Feb,2014 I wrote a mail regarding this and the reply was it will be submitted by last week. When I called today they replyed it has not reached, then reached but rejected and then took 5min and told already submitted and then will be submitted in next 2 days, then 1st week of March. After that I mailed again and the reply was the authority stopped taking form since 20th Feb,2014 so can\'t be done right now. I seriously don\'t understand a concern like HDFC can play with their ex employee like that.I have the mail copies with me. Need help
