Consumer Redressal

I am using Indane Gas with Consumer No. RE 13005 of Rohini Enterprises, D62, First floor, Durga Market, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi 110085. LPG subsidy amount of Rs.720/- had not been credited in my bank account with the State Bank of India till date against cylinder delivered on 4.2.14 vide Cash Memo No.3000163047 dt 3.2.14 for Rs.1134/- (Booking No.2000143536 dt 1.2.14) In this connection it is submitted in the past Rs.435/- (First time credit) had been credited on 18.1.14 in the bank account and subsidy amount of Rs.826.25 had been credited in my bank account on 27.1.14 against Cash Memo No.3000151605 dt 20.1.14 (Booking No.2000133820 dt 15.1.14). No satisfactory reply from phone no.9810887333 as advised by oil marketing co. (Phone No.155233)in the matter. Even Rohini Enterprises is replying to my mail dt. 13.2.14 inspite of 5 reminders.
