am Balbir singh S/o Rammaher Residence village Aklimpur Po - Teekli Distt Gurgaon Haryana,I had purchase 200 shares of Jindal Vijay nagar steel limited in year 1995, now i have need to convert in electronic form so i send all physically shares certificates to Registrar of Jindal vijay nagar steel limited karvy computershare pvt LTD, plot no 17 to 24 vital rao nagar Madhapur Hydrabad they inform me your all shares certificates was cancelled due to some payment is reaming & you are not submitted the remain payment, company is inform you mant times threw notice or public advirstment but i didnot received any kind of notice or advirstment, now i am ready to submitted remianing payment or late fees if company required, but company is not issuing me new share certificates, i already launch complaint in Securities and Exchange Board of India under complaint number SEBIE/MH12/0008051/1 this complaint was resolved but i am not satisfied because company repeat again his dicision and sebi was not understood my issue, please help me on this issue because company dicision is wrong how a company cancel the shares even no any information was send to shareholder\'s , please look at the issue and help me
