Consumer Redressal

I am a Bharat Gas Consumer, I had taken a cylinder on 25/12/2013, I had paid Rs.1300/= to Gas Cylinder person. I had already submitted the aadhar link to the and gas dealer. I submitted the aadhar link to the bank account on 3-01-2014. I got message to my mobile that aadhar link recieved successfully. But Subsidy amount not credited into bank my account till date. I consult the gas dealer he said that I had taken gas cyllinder on 25-12-2013 and I submit aadhar link to the bank account on 03-01-2014. So he said that the amount will not credited to your account. Then I asked him who is responsible for my subsidy amount .He reply to me that he dont know. Hence we request you to look into the matter and organise for transfer of subsidy amount at the earliest. my bharat gas consumer no.56749940
