Consumer Redressal

My name is Vimala Mohan and I am as senior citizen, aged 74 years. My husband, Mr S.K Mohan was drawing pension at an account in The Bank of India, 10th cross, Margosa Road, Malleshwaram Branch. He passed away on 14 March 2013.We had submitted a request for family pension with the branch in May 2013. Nothing has ensued. they have made us run around even to the treasury to find out what forms the bank needs to submit. After all this running around we had submitted all the documents required from our side to the bank on 12 of February. told, 20 of February when we went to the branch to check on progress they tell us they don\'t know where the papers are, and again the story of the person in charge is on leave. I have acknowledgement with dates on all the documents submitted along the way. Could you please take this up. Regards Vimala
