Consumer Redressal

I Was admitted to Apex General Hospital from 24/7/2013 to 30/7/2013 under Dr Soumen Roy. I was under the mediclaim coverage of The New India Assurance Co and was entitled for cash less facility. Total bill amount was 18459/- upto my discharge date and time. But on that day 30/7/2013 I had to pay an extra cash amount of 1959/- of which no valid reason shown to me by the hospital authorty. I have paid all the expenses for keeping aya for those days.
