I have entered a un registered agreement for buying a flat and paid entire value to vendor in the year 2006, but now the vendor is avoiding me to execute the registered deed though the vendor gives me possession on the same day of the agreement.Now please give me advice how I will compel the vendor to execute the deed of conveyance in the form of registry.
