I am Anil Kumar Gauniyal & Adhaar Card link with Gas & Bank.This is my 1st time, when i booked connection after linking Adhar Card. Rs 435/- was deposited in my account of SBI with IOC Ref No2000076997 4021488591467 15-FEB-2014. But when received Cylinder, i had to pay him Rs 1192.50/-. In Cylinder delivered receipt Rs. 757/- to be refunded. Whether i would get remaining amount back. Whether i need to contact agency. Whether i need to register complaint etc
