Hi, This is my 1st time, when i booked connection Rs 435/- was deposited in Bank. But when received Cylinder, i had to pay him Rs 1134/-. In Cylinder delivered receipt Rs. 720/- to be refunded. Whether i would get remaining amount back. Whether i need to contact agency. Whether i need to register complaint etc. I am thinking of withdrawing Adhaar Card link with Gas & Bank. Could you please guide me.
