Dear Sir, OurConsumber Number 24676. We are having only one cyllinder. Till date we have not given additional cyllinder. Since last one year we are requesting for another cyllinder. Even two times i have requested through this portal also, but nothing happens. After that, personally we have visited on 20-06-2012 and 25-09-2012. But till date we are waiting for additional cyllinder. Please do the needful ASAP. My earler feedback reference number is 40064045 dated 27-09-2012. Very surprisingly, on “Action” in web site portal against complaint status, it is showing “Action Taken”. But till date, I am waiting for response i.e. still waiting for second cyllinder!No one will lift the phone at Shri Krishna Gas ((080) 25553351, (080) 25553352-53). We have to go personally or write online for any problem like above.Personally Application Given On 11th January 2014. Online Request Number 214841 . Hope that you will do the needful to resolve above issue ASAP.
