Consumer Redressal

I am Ranita Das, residing at Kolkata, West Bengal. I had participated in the presentation on 23.06.13 at Country Vacation Office, Gajraj Chambers, Park circus connecter, 86 B/2 Topsia Road Kolkata - 700046 and after looking into all lucrative offers and verbal commitments of the presenter we applied for a package worth Rs. 91,000 (Contract No. – DT127#1049). Though on next day we found dissimilarities between verbal commitments and written documents (handed over to us after getting signed), still within 4 days I had paid Rs. 25,000 (Rs. 10,500 by card swiping and Rs. 14,500 by cheque) on good faith. But no card had been issued in favour of me till to date. Even the request of arranging a short trip to Kodaikanal during October, 2013 was not attended. Within the time span of October, 2013 to January, 2014,I have called over phone many times to cancel or resell my package, mailed them to refund my cash but they refused to any such thing. I want the cash back.
