I had applied for LIC policy for my & requested my Bank (ICICI Bank) to have ECS facility for LIC premium of my wife Policy, however Bank had refused on ground that your wife is not Joint Holder in your account, further i requested to provide marriage certificate & other legal document but they simply refused..this doesn\'t make sense , if tomorrow i have to obtian policy for my child then first i have add his name & then to process, require clarification from bank side For your further ref below is bank details Branch : Andheri (East), Vishal Hall branch, Mumbai Account : 002001555725 Account Holder : Harshad Kanaiyalal Dave Salary Account
