My speed post no EV477996251IN which had reached GPO,srinagar on 2nd feb,2014 has not been delivered to me yet.I mailed the srinagar GPO but they seemed unfazed ,so I went there personally and enquired and they very unprofessionaly told me that the article was not in the bag we had recieved and even in that case they didn seem really bothered to inform the original PO ie Dila Ram bazar PO,248001,Dehradun where the shipment had been booked.Kindly look into the matter and the postal  deptt  because of whom i am still clueless about my very important post.
