Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am Jagannath Mohapatra of Bhubaneswar (Odisha) having Consumer No - 61021033 of Bharat Gas at Laxmi Enterprizes, have booked a refill on 27 Dec 2013 and on 11 Jan 2014 it was shown in my account as delivered but inspite of my several approach at the distributor Laxmi Enterprises till date I have not received the refill cylinder. Regularly these people are saying you will get it tomorrow morning. This is clearly harrasement of the consumer. In this regards I have lodged complaint 3 times at bharat gas vide Complaint Nos - 40337838 dated 30.01.2014, 40343149 dated 05.02.2014 & 40344530 dated 07.02.2014. But still I am waiting for the refil & response from your end. Hence please help me. In this regards the complaint details copied below for your reference.
