My Micromax HD Canvas A116 turned out to be faulty within 4 months. (purchased on 15.09.2014). I gave it for repair on 20.01.2014.
When I contacted them yesterday, even after 22 days, the service center informed that the repair is pending for parts and they need ONE MORE MONTH.
