Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I am Sanjeev Garg writing to you as an ex employee and also a customer once with your bank. I would like to bring to your notice that I have been receiving life threatening calls from ICICI Bank regarding my payment due for my credit card and loans with ICICI Bank. The man on the other end uses highly abusive language and is mentally harassing me and my family members. My father is a heart patient and if anything false happen ICICI Bank will be whole and sole responsible for it. If the same is not stopped I will be forced to file an FIR against the bank and its employees. The calls are being directed from Mumbai area that claims to be an employee of ICICI Bank and says that if the pending amount is not paid he will find other ways to recover money and also threatened me for life.
