I have paid Rs.1685.40 against order no-K15509C1 & RS.6178.68 against order no K15522C1 to karoobaar.com. Thy have committed (over phone)to provide service within 2 days. This to bring to your notice that now they are denying to provide service and not taking necessary steps to refund the aforesaid amount. Please guide me regarding the above matter.
