Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice that all the shop owners in electronic city Phase 1 Bangalore,near wipro gate side, gives chocolates instead of change and whenever i raise a voice against it they fight saying they do not have change as the coins are disappearing from the market. They have made it a business to convert customers 1 rupee to chocolate per rupee. This is practiced EVERYDAY.Please do let me know what action you can take and How can i help you to curb this malpractice. Thank you for reading my complain. Waiting for an effective resolution.I hope strict action will be taken against them. Thank you smita nair
