want to complain against Citibank NA Bangalore regarding not activating my blocked account no 5272138817 inspite of completing the required formalities and submission of documents on 1.2.2014. it was told by them the same will be activated within 5 days but even after passing 7 days it has not been activated due to which I am in financial and mental stress.
