I have received a message from Airtel Services on 6th Feb\'14 that if you recharge Rs.20/- today I will get Rs.30/-.I have done the recharge.But surprisingly I have not received the benefit.When I mail it to the customer care they replied that no such offer was there.But I have the SMS.

After receiving this message I have recharge Rs.20/-

Also I have mailed them all the details of the SMS as well as the Recharge details I have done on 6th Feb\'14.
But still they are denying.
Please look into the matter as I have not only harassed but also how they are cheating their customers.
Please took necessary action so that I can get the benefit as well as I am not harassed by them in future.
