sir, I got message from Dish TV 18-08-12 at 0747pm in my mobile No. 9478681397 that recharge with Rs. 700 to get Rs.35 cash back, plus khana khazana & music. I recharged on 19/05/12 and confirmation of recharge has also received from Dish TV. But I have not been credited with above offer. I have also reported to customer care executive. He told that you have been upgraded to Super cricket pack from superfamily for one month. Sir, my complaint is they have just bluffed me by giving wrong message or tempted me to recharge by offering false offer. Sir, your intervention is requested to solve my query as this should not be repeated to any other customer. thank u sir. your early action is expected.
