I have not availed the facilty of Credit card enhancment package and the same has been returned to the service provider. Inspite of several complaints to cancel the CEP package and credit card , the service provider unnecssaraly sending message with phone calls to pay over due amount calculated with exorbident interest. For your information as on date no outstanding from my side. Relevant evidences are readily available with me. Request your interventin in this matter and help resolve this issue.
