Consumer Redressal

We bought a rain shower from Paryware few months back. Its warranty ended somewhere in December. We made a complaint in paryware several times only to be assured that either we\'d receive a call from them in some time or they\'d be sending a mechanic too fix our problem. We have neither received any further call from them nor has a problem been looked into. Earlier in January we had another problem with the shower, a mechanic was sent who only made it worse. Ever since he came we\'ve had water leakage from the shower. The whole service given to us by paryware has really disappointed us to say the least. The complaint made to Paryware was made in the name of Sharad srivastava. The docket number given to us CPS41027
