I worked in one organization in Bangalore from 2001 to 2009, where my accumulated EPF balance was 7.5 lakhs. I moved to another organization also in Bangalore, and applied for transfer of PF balance to the new account. I have a letter from EPFO saying amount was transferred in August 2009, but till date the amount has not shown up in new account. Repeated complaints elicit no response.
