Consumer Redressal

i have HP Gas connection and also have subsidy ,I submitted proofs like aadhar and bank account to corresponding gas office after that i chanded from my husband name to my name and also submitted my account number and aadhar number but not credited money into my account number and also checked my husband account number in that also not credited please give me soolution ............ i asked to correspond gas connection but not given accurate information to solve this problem
