I am holding a salary account with ICICI Bank. The bank has blocked my available balance of Rs 73,992 as an arm twisting tactic for repayment of a credit card dues since 2006. I have already provided all the details regarding the transactions on STMT in detail via e-mail that the same doesn\'t belong to me. Still, they have held the account balance of my Salary account which in no way is linked to any credit card. Please advice
