Consumer Redressal

At the junction of NH 8 and Slivassa - Bhilad road, there are some tea stalls , pan shops etc. at Bhilad jurisdiction. There is a pan shop with snacks named as \" Kathiya wadi Pan shop\" .A board of \" four square\" is written. On 1st Feb at 10.30 AM , I wanted to have a Parle -G Biscuit from that shop. The MRP written Rs.4/-, but the shop owner , an old man flatly charged Rs. 5/- from me. I denied to pay , he took away the biscuit packet and told me \"ja ja\". It is shocking!! I request the District Authorities to counsel this shop owner to sale any product as per MRP only and Not to misbehave with any customer as in this case I was absolutely correct. Let him have ethics & moralities as he also expects the same from others!
