Consumer Redressal

I bought a Nilkamal cupboard from one M/s Evergreen Furniture Bandra(W), Mumbai on 17th January 2014. The cost included the installation of the furniture at my home and the same has been paid to Evergreen Furniture. Mr. Adil from Evergreen furniture delivered the cupboard but did a shoddy work while installation. The furniture seems to be defective. I called and talked to both Mr. Adil and Mr. Asif owners of the shop on phone and in person but to no help. Both are them ignoring my request for rechecking the fitment and in case required for a replacement. Today I said that I may put of the matter with a institution like yours and the prompt reply was \"koi tension nahi hai\". I request you to kindly guide me on this.
